Post your Resume

Job Seekers gain incredible visibility when they post their application into the Job Fair database & allow potential employers to view them. Employers can search, review your application and contact you about a job you have not applied for yet. You can also upload your resume to the database in .doc, . pdf, or .txt format.

** Make sure to check and see that your resume uploaded properly.

** To allow employers to search for & view your application or resume the 'Let employers read my application?' (check box), within the form you will fill out needs to be checked. This could help you get considered for a job you hadn't seen or applied for yet.

You have the option to leave it unchecked. If you leave the box blank, only the employers you have submitted an application to can view your resume, it is not visible to employers searching resumes to find candidates to fill their employment openings.

This allows Job Seekers to search for employment openings. It will show you employment openings that are in the Job Fair database. It's easy and quick. You can search by category, title and other references. If you find some you can apply directly to the employer.

**Be sure to visit the site frequently to check for new jobs that have been posted since your last visit.

Employers get maximum exposure for their job openings by posting them into the Job Fair database. Employers can post their own openings from the "Post your Employment Openings" page. Employers can respond directly to candidates applying for the job(s) they have posted. By posting a position Job Seekers looking for employment can search & view posted employment openings.
Use as many words as you need. You have unlimited words to describe your position and company. Let's face it; recruiting the best employees takes some selling. The very best candidates will get multiple offers that you have to compete with. With unlimited words, you can really sell your company. Tell the candidate why it's great working for you. Tell them all the skills and qualities you're looking for. Taking advantage of unlimited words will really give you an edge!

With "Search Resumes" employers who have jobs posted can for qualified candidates by reviewing the resumes in the Job Fair database, even if they didn't apply to your posting. Allowing employers to make inquires to candidates they find who may be the perfect match for the job opening.

** Employers are invoiced via email, payments are accepted by cash or cheque ONLY. However wantjobgotjob.com requires you enter a valid credit card number to process orders. This guarantees your order will be processed in a timely fashion and posted until your payment is received. Your credit card will not be charged unless no payment is received in 30 days.

The order process through this website is safe and secure. Once you enter your company or personal and credit card information, your online order is processed through a secure computer server.

** Registered Not-For-Profit Organizations post their job openings FREE! Once registered as a 'New Employer' on the site, are required to place their orders by email.**
